Dimora Estate was founded to manage a small, personally verified collection of the Adriatic's most exceptional properties — and to be the single point of contact for every stay, start to finish.
Our approach
Dimora Estate d.o.o. represents a curated portfolio rather than an open marketplace. Each villa, estate and residence is inspected in person before it is accepted into the collection, and remains under direct management for the length of the relationship with its owner.
Clients work with a single advisor from first enquiry through to departure — the same advisor arranges provisioning, staff, transport and every detail of the stay.
No property enters the collection without a Dimora visit.

Our standard
Dimora Estate does not arrange short lets. Every property is offered for a minimum stay of one month, to clients who require a private, fully-staffed residence for an extended period — not a week's holiday.
No exceptions. Every stay is arranged for 30 nights or longer.
Household staff, chef and driver in place before you arrive, for the length of the stay.
New clients are typically introduced through an existing relationship or a direct enquiry we can verify.
